Bob has almost 30 years’ experience from working with M&A, corporate law and real estate transactions. He has participated in some of the largest M&A and real estate transactions in Sweden. Bob is working with clients in many different sectors. He has, for instance, been working with clients within the health care sector for more than 20 years. Bob also has long experience from working with Private Equity clients. Bob is also appointed board member and chairman of the board in different companies.
