Candra has a vast experience of working with banking & finance matters and restructuring matters. She has provided legal advice in various types of financing transactions for more than fifteen years. She has extensive experience of structuring, negotiating and documenting everything from uncomplicated bilateral loans to large syndicated loans involving a large number of jurisdictions. Candra has specialist expertise in derivatives and has extensive experience of negotiating international master agreements for OTC transactions such as ISDA.
