Marcus has 25 years’ experience from working with commercial law. A couple of years ago, he narrowed his focus to dispute resolution and corporate investigations. In these areas, he leverages his vast experience from financing, M&A and insolvency and restructurings, overwhelmingly from very complex cross-border transactions. He also acts as arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations.
