Nybron Advokater is a law firm that includes five partners with decades of experience from working together in the most challenging commercial transactions and disputes.

Our focus areas are banking & finance, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, M&A, real estate and general corporate advice. Our partners frequently accept mandates as arbitrators in international and domestic arbitrations. We are also engaged in corporate and compliance investigations and provide legal opinions on matters of Swedish law. We are also engaged as advisors to, or members of, the board of directors of various companies.

The partners share certain core values and have a common view as to what it means to be a trusted legal advisor. This, we have brought with us from the time when many of us worked from offices at Nybrogatan. That is why we chose to call ourselves Nybron Advokater.

Nybron Advokater is independent of any formal alliances. However, we have excellent contacts at top tier law firms around the world when our clients require local law advice from other jurisdictions or a foreign partner.
